Southside #DogsOfSouthside Social Media Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2. The competition opens on 29 June 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 12 July 2026.
3. To enter, participants must:
   – Take a photograph of their dog with a Southside tennis ball;
   – Share the image on Instagram or Facebook during the competition period;
   – Include the hashtag #DogsOfSouthside in their post.
4. Participants must have a public social media profile at the time of entry and winner selection so entries can be viewed.
5. Multiple entries are permitted; however, only one prize can be won per person.
6. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
7. The winner will receive a £100 Gift Card to spend at a retailer of their choice within Southside Shopping Centre, depending on the retailer offering physical gift cards. Please note, a gift card can only be provided from retailers who offer gift cards.
8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter within seven days of the competition closing.
10. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Southside reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
11. By entering the competition, participants grant Southside Shopping Centre permission to repost, share and use submitted images across its marketing channels, including social media, website
    content, PR activity and future promotional materials. Credit will be given where possible.
12. Participants confirm that they own the rights to any images submitted and have obtained any necessary permissions.
13. Southside accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or platform outages.
14. Employees of Southside Shopping Centre, its retailers, agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
15. Southside reserves the right to remove, disqualify or refuse entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent or not in keeping with the spirit of the competition.
16. Southside reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
17. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
