Southside Dog Tennis Ball Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
- The giveaway is open to Southside PLUS+ members only.
- One tennis ball may be claimed per PLUS+ member.
- Tennis balls are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- To claim a tennis ball, members must visit the Southside Guest Hub during the promotional period and present valid proof of their PLUS+ membership.
- The promotion will run from 29 June 2026 to 12 July 2026, or until all tennis balls have been claimed, whichever is sooner
- Tennis balls are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- Southside reserves the right to refuse a claim if proof of PLUS+ membership cannot be provided.
- Southside reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the promotion, visitors are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

- Southside Shopping Centre accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, choking hazard, allergic reaction, damage, loss or expense incurred by any person, dog or other animal arising directly or indirectly from participation in this promotion or from the use of the tennis ball. Participants accept the tennis ball at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring it is suitable for their pet. Dogs should be supervised at all times when using the tennis ball. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
