Your Security
At Southside there are numerous security measures you can see and, of course, the ones you can’t.
All our staff are trained to ensure all our visitors have a safe, secure and enjoyable experience and work closely in partnership with local police to ensure Southside remains a safe and relaxed environment for our guests and staff.
All of our security teams are ACT and SCaN trained and are onsite 24/7 at Southside. You may find them patrolling the mall ready to answer any of your questions, provide directions or assistance with a friendly smile.
Security is an integral part of our day-to-day activities and we ask you to help us by being vigilant for anything or anyone that looks suspicious or out of place. We are on call 24/7, so if you see something you can call us on 101 in a non-emergency situation, or 999 in an emergency.
